Contact Form Data

Quote and booking forms collect your name, phone number, optional email, pickup address, service selection, scheduling preferences, notes, and project photos. We use these to respond to your request, plan service, and provide estimates. Membership signup collects your name, email, and optional phone number. Media-release forms collect your name, contact details, optional project address/date, typed signature, and affirmative consent. Media-release consent is separate from uploading project photos.

Technical and Anti-Abuse Data

Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request details to operate and secure the website. IP addresses can be personal information. Our submission controls store short-lived, keyed hashes of network/session identifiers and attempt counts, not raw IP addresses. The website stores a random form-session identifier in your browser's session storage to protect submissions and associate your uploaded photos; it is not a login or advertising identifier. No new analytics or advertising tracking has been added.

3. Use of Data

We use collected data for the following purposes:

To respond to your contact form inquiries
To provide service quotes and estimates
To improve our website functionality and user experience
To prevent automated submissions and protect private project photos
To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:

With our team members who need access to fulfill your service request
With service providers needed to deliver the website, including Replit hosting/database/object storage and Microsoft 365 notification email. Contact/booking and registration notifications are sent to our sales inbox. Project photos remain private; team members receive download links that expire after seven days. Link expiry does not delete the underlying photo, and anyone given a link may use it until it expires.
When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

Google Fonts, remote images, and OpenStreetMap/Carto maps contact their providers when loaded, which can disclose network and browser information. Address suggestions use Photon/Komoot: typed street search text is sent to that provider before you submit the form, normally with a recognized house number removed. You may type your address without selecting a suggestion. Hosting providers may also set service cookies; these are separate from a website login.

Form records and project photos are retained until our team deletes them; no automatic customer-data deletion schedule is currently configured. Expired anti-abuse counter rows are removed periodically. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures:

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel
We follow secure coding and data handling practices

While we implement reasonable security, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use of our service implies acceptance of this risk.
